***STAM and TAN***

 I am a professional captain on yachts since my mid-twenties. I have extensive experience on commercial and pleasure boats.
I grew up in Greece and for the last 35 years have traveled all over the world. I spend 10 years in Canada, 2 years in the Caribbean, 10 years in Australia and the rest in the Mediterranean with a 1 year side tour to Thailand.

All this time I have been on or around boats in one way or another. From salmon trolling my own fish boat around breathtaking Vancouver Island to building a 75foot catamaran on the Isle of White in the UK.
I bought my X-Yacht" Hocux Pocux" in Thailand and sailed her together with two Australian friends all the way to Greece.What a trip!! I realized that my most fulfilling work would only be attained if I were to return to Greece and combine my love of sailing and the enjoyment I get out of sharing my knowledge of Greece with others

I studied Biotechnology at Mahasalakham University in Thailand. I soon realized that my real interest was in learning traditional Thai massage. I studied at Wat Pho temple, one of the major temples in Bangkok and major learning centers for traditional Thai massage. I now have three certificates from Wat Pho temple for three different kinds of massage: Thai traditional massage, oil massage and foot massage. Last year I worked in Athens for one year with great success.

 My other passion is Thai food. I am sure many of you have tasted it in restaurants at home. I pretty confident that if you taste mine it will compare favorable to the best cooking you've tasted! But don't worry I won't make it too spicy for you. In any case, I can cook international dishes as well in case you get homesick for more homey food!
